BEWARE of Reverbnation and their shoddy business practices and zero ethics. Ive been a loyal, paying customer for years now and needed to cancel my premium membership ($266.99 annually). I asked Reverbnation to refund my money, they declined so I stopped payment with my bank. Now they have suspended my account and are insisting that I remove the stop payment. They have never discussed refunding my money or apologized for the mistake. They insist that I must allow them to be paid in full, (which could force me to be overdrawn w my bank.) Only AFTER they are paid and I lift the stop payment, will they discuss any options with me. They are unapologetically extorting money from me and they say its for my protection. My advice is to stop wasting your money on Reverbnation. They really are crooks. #reverbnation.
