BEYOND F*ing Irritated!! So I called CALI BON to see what the status is of the name search they submitted for me on 8/21 after rejecting the 5 copies I overnighted to them on 5/30. The lady today says the last note in my file is of the 1st rejecting on 5/29. I told her that day I got 3 new prints done and overnighted and confirmed received on 5/30 by the tracking i put on the postage. She then transfers me the fbi name search person to double check that she didnt have more. She then tells me in July those prints were rejected that i sent in may! I told her I was informed of this only because i called on 8/21 and the man i talked to said my next step was to start the fbi name search. She said there was no record of a name search being submitted!!!!! I then told her the dates that I talked to 2 different ladys who said the name search was still in progress and that it would take the full 90 days. I called today which was day 100+ and THEY TELL ME NO NAME SEARCH WAS EVEN SUBMITTED! and that the time they get the prints to start a name search i have 75 days or have to restart the whole application!! So they want me to pay the 200dollars to re-do there screw up.. I have dates of everything receipts from sending prints etc but i didnt think to write who i talked to each time..this is RIDICULOUS. I have been waiting to go to cali since i started this and now will not beiing going next assignment either..THANKS YOU A** HOLES.
