Special Membership Meeting The President of the Greater Union County Association of Realtors®, Mary Ellen O’Boyle, is excited to call a special membership meeting to announce a promising new chapter in the evolution of GUCAR®, which has the potential to bring added benefits to our members. The purpose of our special membership meeting is to act upon a proposal for merging the Greater Union County Association of Realtors® with the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors®. This exciting merger brings together the assets of two associations that have a commonality of goals of providing our members with the tools and resources they need to be the most productive and successful in their businesses. This merger will offer our members three additional board office locations along with full membership services including a Real Estate School, a Legal Hotline, IT support, a Referral Company, GSMLS Training Center, dispute resolution resources, community involvement, expanded committees and events. With this merger, which will be named the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® we will be among the leading associations in the state.
