BIG HUGE GIGANTIC EPIC announcement! I have NEVER EVER EVER done this before. Can you tell Im as excited as the chihuahua on Paul St in Quitman that bites at my heels when I run?!!! So, when Im talking to people one on one about their health and fitness goals, the #1 thing that is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS said is, ahem, I quote: I wish you could just come to where I live and train me. OR I wish you taught those bootcamps you used to do again. Well, Ive been SO torn about resuming teaching classes and bootcamps again because 1) it takes a lot of time away from my family (and the whole stinkin reason I do what I do is to be with them) and 2) i can never reach and and help those who dont live close enough to come take my classes. DILEMMA SOLVED!!! Starting next Monday, August 18, I have a whole new kind of challenge group to solve YOUR problem and MINE!!!!! Ready for it? Well first lets talk about my new nail color. Its by OPI and called Flip Flop Fantasty and well... LOL JUST KIDDING! ;) (Spastic chihuahua issue...) Anyway, starting next Monday you can take CLASSES LIVE with me from wherever you are!!! Yep!! Technology advances right here at my house will allow me to broadcast live classes from my home to yours and I will personally be training you MYSELF. I know many of you dont like DVD trainers b/c you need a real live person talking to you, motivating you, helping you, and MORE. I know you need to ask questions about moves, lack of results, how to get more out of your workout, and MORE. I know youve been asking me for this FOREVER. I am so sorry it took me this long to come up with this brilliance!! This wont just be any live workout though... it has rules and accountability b/c I know that is how youll get results. Did I show you my new nail polish? OH ya...sorry...Ill save that for a different post.
