The new barn is less than ½ mile away and provides several upgrades for the horses and riders: - Improved air circulation throughout the barn. - Automatic fly system. - Air conditioned rider lounge. - Full size fridge, microwave, food preparation area. - Computer with internet access - Bathroom with shower. - Large air conditioned tack room. - Shaded ring observation area. - Brand new sand arena and grass arena. - 14 shaded paddocks. - 16 stalls. - Brand new matted floors in all stalls. - Fresh paint, fences and barn owners with a personal stake in regular maintenance and care for the tenants.
