BIG SWAMP NEWS: Here I am late again but it wasnt my fault today. Ive been after Dan to shampoo the Computer room carpet and he did it today and we wouldnt walk on the carpet until it was dry..Ive been in FB withdrawals all day..lol So how is everyone doing on this nice dull, dark and dreary rainy day? Its been raining all day down at the swamp and my yard is beginning to look like an extension of the swamp.. The water is really standing everywhere and I hope the Pond has enough room left to drain off the excess.The Pond is very full but hopefully it can hold a little more water..The ditches and the Canal are and have been full and backed up for weeks now.. Remember my swamp news yesterday, I promised not to complain about the weather, but that was in the Spring and Summer and its still Winter so I can complain all I want to. lol Im really not complaining because Mother Nature is in control and she could care less about my whining.. I really dont have any news of value today because weve been wide open working on this house and cleaning carpet.. I only have carpet in the Den and a couple of the bedrooms. I changed it out to wood flooring a few years back and Im going to change it in the computer room in the near future hopefully.. I plan to always keep carpet in my Den tho. I love to sit on the floor in front of the fireplace and I want my soft carpet under me.. Im kinda tuckered out tonight but I am feeling pretty good for a change. I can assure you that all this housework is not only boring but hard work.. Have I by chance missed telling anyone how I hate housework? Well I do but I love my outside work.So with that confession Im closing down and until next time from the Big Swamp....
