BJP CECC announces ration collection centres for victims Jammu, Sept. 10: BJP J&K Unit announced list of collection centre in Jammu for collection of food packets to be distributed among stranded people at Jammu and Kashmir provinces. This was announced by Chairman Election Campaign Committee Dr. Nirmal Singh, during address to media persons here today. Dr. Nirmal Singh has stressed that for the time being we are only collecting dry eatable ration and other material shall be collected later. Jammu and Kashmir BJP Unit on the direction of Centre leadership has decided to depute a team to Kashmir to assess on spot situation of the damages and relief work being conducted there. Since a lot of funds are being pumped into Jammu and Kashmir to look into the urgent needs of the affected people, the team has been advised to look into this aspect also. The team comprises of State Vice President, Ramesh Arora (Adv.), General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Koul and State Spokesperson Arun Kumar Gupta.
