BJP Migrant Cell convener Bharat Bushan Gosani (Bhat) has expressed grave concern over the situation in Kashmir and warned those forces who are hobnobbing with Government on return issue without taking the actual victims of terrorism into confidence. In a statement issued here, today Gosani said the BJP has been right from beginning demanding honorable and dignified return of the migrants to Valley but for the same the modalities be discussed with the militancy hit people. He said those talking about the rehabilitation without taking the ground situation in consideration are misleading the community. Mr Gosani said that conditions are not conducive for the return at present in view of recent stone pelting incidents at Hawal transit camps and Sikh bastis in South Kashmir. He said how can the Government claim of return when the migrants left over property is still being targeted in Valley. In this regard he referred to the torching of house of Moti Lal Raina, son of Aftab Ram Raina at village Trisal in Pulwama district of South Kashmir during last night by some anti social elements. He said this shows that all claims on Pandits return are false and demanded that the family be paid adequate ex-gratia and the Government should ensure safety of left over migrant property in Valley.
