BJP starts helpline number, email and opens account for relief. As follow up of the decision taken in the State office bearer meeting presided over by BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Koul, BJP has opened a bank account in Punjab National Bank, Kachi Chawni branch under the name of “Jammu and Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party Aapda Rahat Kosh” under account number 6135002100000675. According to BJP State Spokesperson Balbir Ram Rattan, this account has been opened in order to receive donations from the public for providing relief to the affected people, who have suffered losses on account of recent unprecedented rains and the resultant flash floods. Anyone desirous of contributing in the relief related assistance can deposit any amount as per his capacity and the same will be further utilized for the noble cause, he said. Balbir Ram Rattan further said that according to other decision of the meeting, the party also set up helpline number 0191-2577036 besides email-id jkbjp.mediacell@gmail and jammubjp@gmail. Anyone who may have a query or suggestion to make can either ring on the given landline number or mail the message regarding any help.
