*****BLAST FROM THE PAST***** My blast from the past today is Eversea and Forever Jack by Author Natasha Boyd. I loved this series and was lucky enough to meet Natasha in Edinburgh and she was just as lovely in the flesh. Again my reviews were written before I started blogging, so if its more than two lines, you know I freaking adored it! At the end of here is a fantastic trailer made by my friend Annmarie, who made me swear not to name her (shes shy) - hey if her surname isnt here, it doesnt count right? Suddenly face to face with the man who played the movie role of her favorite fictional character, Jack has Keri Ann yearning for everything she has previously avoided ... and Jack must decide whether this funny, sassy girl is worth changing his life for, before his mistakes catch up to him. Review I loved this book, it was such a delight. After reading the opening lines, I knew I was going to enjoy it: “You know youre in the Lowcountry when the steering wheel in your old red pick up is slippery from humidity, the news on the radio is all about the projected path of the latest Atlantic hurricane and the road kill you narrowly miss smearing further is a five foot long alligator.” My scene was set straight away and I could hear a hint of sass from the main character already. I liked the fact that although Keri Ann was naive about men, she wasnt in life and she wasnt scared of saying what she thought. In fact, she often had the knack of saying what she thought without meaning to. Jack is the perfect dreamy hollywood actor and you are there drooling alongside Keri Ann. Im not going to say anymore, pick it up and read it............ but be warned, you will want to have book 2 Forever Jack lined up on your kindle ready to go, once you do finish it. Natasha paints a very good picture and im looking forward to continuing their story ............. so let me go and read!
