BLM circumvents Denver courts decision to require public transparency for land nominations for fracking by passing a new rule for 2014 telling corporations they dont have to give their names and addresses in the nominating process anymore. Now, is our BLM working for the American people or is Mr. Kornze just sitting atop what he sees as just another large corporation giving away the American peoples public land goodies while spending taxpayer dollars to the tune of 100s of millions$$ to roundup, remove, and pen our legally protected wild horses, the peoples horses, to get them out of the way for these rich welfare cattle grazers, and fracking/mining interests? The beef from these cattle grazing for free on our public lands and the gas from the public lands estate that is being removed, with huge basins of chemicals left open to pollute the air and kill wildlife, is all being shipped to China. These were the deals made several months ago with the closed door foreign trade lobbies. Just like horse slaughter...the American people are being taken advantage of...again..by subsidizing these wealthy special interests for beef and gas that will not even be sold here. There is no benefit at all to the American people but millions to these special interests.
