BLUE is looking for an angel tonight~~ ¸,.•´¨`•.( -.- ).•´¨`•.,¸ ¨`•–•-¨( “)(“ )¨-•–•´¨ Blue is an absolute volunteer favorite at Manhattan ACC with an entire collection of photos and videos; everyone seems to love to spend time with this happy, friendly fella. Please, help us find a foster or adopter for him! A volunteer writes: I love kids and I love puppies. Blue is one year of age, might already have had a litter but behaves like a baby. She is very pretty and feminine in her anthracite grey coat although she is much too thin. Her lively eyes match her dress. Rabbits ears crown her head. Blue barks in her kennel. She wants out, she wants to play and be with a friend. She would not mind to be free in a doggie playground. She is so good at play-bowing to other pooches. She is a little anxious at times and scared when someone enters our area. But once the person is close, Blue just tries to make a new friend. Blue loves to be petted all over. She is so happy to cuddle with me and simply jumps with her all four on my lap. She is really very puppy like and can be quite clingy. Blue can leap very high for treats or for the ball. She has a lot of energy. She will play tug of war with a rope toy and is deterred from doing this with a liver treat. She does listen. She likes to carry her toy in the mouth during our walk. She looks so proud. I love the way she prances. Lets not forget that Blue relieves herself in the street or the yard at each of our outings. Blue is a mix of shy and bold. Once she knows her caretaker (which does not take long), she is a playful love bug. Blue is at the Manhattan Care Center. She is young and energetic and needs an active owner who will provide basic training and love. Will you be the one?
