BOLT - Pitbull Terrier - Male - 10 Weeks Left on the side of the highway and passed by for 4 days this sweet Pitbull puppy has had a very hard first 10 weeks of life. Bolt was finally picked up, very dehydrated and under weight. His vet visit tells us he has not had good nutrition so far but thats changing! He loves to eat and now needs to have small amounts of quality food multiple times a day and hes always ready- NOT food aggressive at all! He has had his first shot, wormed and micro-chipped. Bolt is a very sweet and timid boy. If someone comes to the foster moms house and the other dogs bark, Bolt runs and hides. He loves to play but would almost prefer to sit in your lap or be held. You can pick this boy up and carry him everywhere! Bolt presses his head and neck against your shoulder and is perfectly happy there. He likes to lick cats and wags his tail when he sees them. Bolt learned his name instantly and comes when called, not that he would leave your side anyway. He seems to be picking up on potty training quickly. Bolt will do best in a home that knows something about the bred and gets lots of attention and training. As with all of our pets, there will be very careful screening of interested parties. Fenced yard a must! Being a young pup, we would prefer to see someone home for the majority of the day to help him with his house training and training in general. Please call the Rimrock Humane Society at 406-323-3687 if interested.
