BOMBINGS in the Southern Philippines...? How do you interpret or read the series of bombings in the Southern Philippines...? Cotabato City, Kabacan, Tacurong, Mlang, Zamboanga City and now MARAMAG Bukidnon...? Who connect the dots... ? The identity of explosives...? the trigger? the places and the victims? These are senseless killings... and these are crimes against humanity! All people of good will should condemn such crime! Are the authorities prepared and equipped to confront this type of challenge...? At one time, I heard or I was informed that the bomb lab in Crame is GOOD... the expertise is also available... but these are years ago... about ten years ago... Have they maintained the said first class facility... or has it deteriorated immensely as usual in any government facility...? Are the expertise and preparation still there... or they have retired or fielded in other non related assignments...? We simply note that the BIFF denies any hand in these bombings... so also the NPA... What is apparent seems to be the helplessness of people - the citizens and worse, the authorities seem to be CLUELESS...! hu hu hu hu! To whom shall we turn for security and safety...? Fr.
