BOOTY BUILDER EXERCISE!! Glute bridges progressing into Single Leg Glute Bridges. ▶️Primary Muscle Group: Glutes and Hamstrings ▶️Equipment: Floor then any elevated surface e.g step or box Doing the Single Leg Glute Bridge exercise is great to tone and strengthen your butt while helping with hip flexibility! 1-Lie on an exercise mat with your knees bent so that your feet are flat on the floor. 2-Perform the exercise by pushing down through your heels and pushing your hips up, raising your glutes off the mat. Continue until your hips are in a straight line with your torso. Hold for a count of two and squeeze your glutes. 3- Progress this into one leg glute bridges by raising one leg off the floor and bend your knee up towards your chest. This is the start position.then drive hips up.
