BOOTY BURNOUT Glute pushdowns on the assisted pull-up/dip machine. Finished leg day with 50 each leg, followed immediately by 50 with both legs (at a higher weight). NOTES: ▫️Choose a weight thats challenging for you but that you feel you can complete 50 reps (the last 10 should be a struggle!) ▫️Extend but not lock your knees. ▫️Bring your knee back up towards your chest, the top of your leg at least parallel to the floor at the top of the motion. ▫️For the double legged pushdown, your arms can be extended or bent like me. I find it easiest to keep my torso upright and make sure Im using only my legs by keeping my arms in this position. ▫️Slow and controlled.
