They can also move within the organization during this 2 year (renewable) contract if there are permanent opportunities available. The reason why these positions are on limited contracts is that they were originally allocated for UAE Nationals. However due to the shortage, we need to fill the positions temporarily with experienced expatriates while we develop Nationals for these roles. Eventually when we again expand the organization, these limited contracts may get an opportunity to find permanent roles as well.
