So, I am now ready to post after talking about it and trying to digest it some. I was diagnosed with Menieres disease. It attacks the inner/middle ear. I appt. have had it for quite sometime but was never diagnosed properly until now. Now that I have a lot of issues because of it. I also was diagnosed with severe allergies, which doesnt help with this disease. I have to start allergy shots in 2 weeks coupled with epi-pens and new medication starting tomorrow. I have lost some hearing which is permanent, but I would like to stave off total deafness. This is going to be a huge life change for me. Diet included. Even though I am not a total horrible eater. There is no cure for this, only treatment for the symptoms and slowing it down. Vertigo is the worst. I have had it for 5 years but not at this level. I have to go on a strict low sodium diet, so if anyone has any great flavorful recipies please share!
