(GABORONE WEST SOUTH): To ask the Minister of Defence, Justice and Security if he is aware that married Police Officers at the Gaborone West Police Station share accommodation; if so, what will he do to rectify the situation. (538) 2. MR. N. M. MODUBULE, MP. (LOBATSE): To ask the Minister of Agriculture what the Botswana Meat Commission in Lobatse intends to do with the idle land which was previously a residential area for its employees before the houses were demolished. (539) 3. MR. A. S. KESUPILE, MP. (KANYE SOUTH): To ask the Acting Minister of Education and Skills Development to state the initial developments or changes that have occurred in the education system consequent to the adoption of the principle of Inclusive Education. (540) 4. MR. W. B. MMOLOTSI, MP. (FRANCISTOWN SOUTH): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development when he will consider availing funds for the construction of internal roads and storm water drainage in Francistown. (541) 5. MR. I. S. MABILETSA, MP. (KGATLENG EAST): To ask the Minister of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources:- (i) when he will expand the power network area in Mochudi and other villages within the Kgatleng District which are not covered by the standard connection cost of P 5 000.00; and (ii) whether there is any levy charged on consumers of power to contribute towards a fund to facilitate the connection of power to new homes at a standard cost. (542) 6. MR. D. SALESHANDO, MP. (GABORONE CENTRAL): To ask the Acting Minister of Education and Skills Development whether there are any plans to construct additional classrooms at Nanogang Junior Secondary School in Gaborone. (543) 7. MR. T. MOREMI, MP. (MAUN WEST): To ask the Minister of Lands and Housing to state the following, in reference to correspondence MLH 1/11/11/I (23) dated 20th January 2014:- (i) how lease terms are going to be determined on transfer of the stated sites to Government; (ii) what legal obligation the Government is under to sub-lease the sites; (iii) how the terms of the sub-leases will be determined; and (iv) whether competitive tendering is imperative when Government sub-leases the sites. (544) 8. MR. R. B. MAKOSHA, MP. (NATA/GWETA): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development to update this Honourable House on the status of the slaughter house in Nata which was constructed in 2005. (546) 9. MR. F. J. RAMSDEN, MP. (MAUN EAST): To ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development when the Somelo Settlement 2 ranches will be fenced as promised by Government when the settlement was established in the 1980s. (547) 10. MAJ. GEN. M. R. PHETO, MP. (KWENENG EAST): To ask the Acting Minister of Youth, Sport and Culture:- (i) to state the number of youth funded projects under the Youth Development Fund (YDF) in Mmopane, Gaphatshwa and Dintoroko between 2012/2013 and 2013/2014; (ii) whether he is satisfied with progress made so far; if not, what he intends to do to ensure that the Youth in these areas benefit; and (iii) if the coverage of these villages by Youth officers is adequate to reach out to the youth. (548) 11. MR. D. P. MAKGALEMELE, MP. (SHOSHONG): To ask the Minister of Trade and Industry to state:- (i) the shareholding on major food franchises such as Nandos, Kentucky, Wimpy, Hungry Lion, Barcelos and Chicken Licken, in terms of citizen/foreign ownership, further presenting as annexure any additional information; (ii) her interpretation based on her response to (i) above; and (iii) the annual turnover of each one of these franchises for the calendar years 2011, 2012 and 2013.
