Key Areas of Responsibility: Monitor and prepare overdue reports on monthly basis. Analyze and follow up with various departments for clearance of outstanding. Preparation of monthly schedules for various accounting heads. Examining and analyzing trial balances for different business units. Reconciliation of the sub ledger, ensuring correctness of invoices/revenue generated and other transactions performed are accurate and comply with financial requirements. Compile data and prepare reports to meet the external and internal audit requirement. Review of collection reports for daily banking performed. Monitor bank statements and preparation of bank reconciliations. Liaising with bank and preparation of bank correspondence. Performing day to day accounts receivable transactions such as issuing receipts, booking invoices, processing refunds, terminations, service requests and solving out accounting related queries for clients and internal departments. Ensure all documents are filed and maintained in organized manner. Perform monthly vault inspection and ensuring the accuracy on the revenue recorded and vault management.
