#BPPPHmemories of the first Phat Hat in 2009. Those were the days. Three teams, with my team beating Jensens team in the finals - still the only Phat Ive won - see pic of my modified old-man layout for the winning score! This was back when I could still do limbo - and look how tiny Anna is in the limbo pic. Many traditions that started there continue today - notably the draft (check out Jared!) and the pre-tourney lining of the fields - notice how Craig is doing it by hand! In these pics youll see the only three people who - I believe - will have played in all six BPPPHs after this year: Rachel, Vu and Steve G. Is Jared also on that list or did you miss one big fella? Amie G, myself and Stephen have been to all six but we all couldnt play in at least one due to injury or pregnancy :-) Anybody else been to all six? Leaping Tuan, perhaps? We went through one or two kegs that year and had the Saturday party on my roof deck with a bottle of moonshine labeled Spirits as the tipple of choice, while Bones & others spoke of Sean Penns Sweaty Nutsack as a good team name. Fast forward 6 years and were up to 10 teams, one humongous party at Equinox and - last year - 20 kegs.
