BRANCH MANAGER/SALES MANAGER Our Client is a very established and highly reputable manufacturer and supplier of industrial products for the oil, natural gas and energy industry. The Client is seeking strong candidates with a proven track record in sales, preferably of products involving industrial manufacturing and machinery including pumps, valves, compressors. The Client is looking for a Leader who will build the branch, develop a sales team, service existing accounts, cultivate new business and encourage the sales team to also grow their territories and expand their business. Candidates should have a strong background in retail or wholesale product sales, previous management or supervisory experience, and be aggressive about developing new business. POSITION CHARACTERISTICS Position: Branch Manager Salary: 85K-110K Per year Location: Williston, ND Reports To: National Sales Manager POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for all sales activities in the organization as well as working within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. RESPONSIBILITES • Develop, manage and support local sales team • Generate proposals for Industrial Products. • Provide marketing support by quotation follow up, and prospecting new business. • Manage marketing-related projects. • Insure Proper Product is stocked to support Customers. • Track Inventory Levels. • Provide customer service follow up and exemplary service to all customers • Ensure that equipment and all its components function to the satisfaction of the customer • Perform sales calls on potential customers as well as sell additional products and services to current customers • Provide sales leads and information for sales staff • Provide feedback for the improvement of equipment, documentation, procedure and policy • Other Responsibilities may be added. II. CANDIDATE CHARACTERISTICS EXPERIENCE • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales. • General knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Technical knowledge of products and components. EDUCATION AND TRAINING • High school Diploma. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Ability to work effectively with people. • Ability to present information in one-to-one and small group situations to Customer and other employees. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet multiple deadlines. • Good interpersonal skills, able to deal effectively with a wide range of situations and personalities. • Good communication skills. • Ability to learn quickly. • Mature, dependable, confident, organized and adaptable to change.
