BREAKING: A Ponte Vedra Beach couple were arrested on methamphetamine charges today following the execution of a search warrant at their Sawgrass home according to a news release from the SJSO. The two suspects were identified as David Christopher Austin, 34, and Kayleigh Adair Wyman, 22, both of 188 Bermuda Ct. The two were charged with possession of methamphetamine, production of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. Special Investigation Detectives began the investigation following complaints by neighbors of suspicious activity at the home and the possibility that meth was being manufactured. Shortly before 8 a.m., detectives with SJSO and the Clandestine Lab Enforcement Team served a search warrant. Detectives seized a large amount of precursors and equipment allegedly used to manufacture meth along with drug paraphernalia according to the release. The SJC Haz-Mat team also responded to decontaminate those who were exposed to the meth products.
