PAGASA OIC Administrator Vicente Malano said the eye of super typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) was at the vicinity of Cuartero, Capiz as of 1 p.m. and is now moving towards Aklan, Boracay and Semirara, Antique. It is forecast to reach southeast of San Jose, Mindoro by 5 pm - 6 pm where it will be closest to Metro Manila. The rain we are experiencing now (in Metro Manila) is already part of Yolanda. Pinakamalapit si Yolanda sa Manila ay mamaya bandang 5-6 pm pag nandun na siya sa Mindoro. Yun yung pinakamalapit siya at pinakamalakas na ma-e-experience nating hangin, he said in a press briefing.
