BREAKING NEWS - STAR WARS: EPISODE VII ANNOUNCEMENT After months of rumours and speculation, we can finally bring you some official Star Wars: Episode VII news. StarWars confirms that Episode VII will be set 30 years after the events of Return of the Jedi, will star a trio of new young leads along with some familiar faces, and production will commence in May 2014. So while were still left to guess as to who will be the three key leads, its an interesting place to start - and the news that its set 30 years after Return of the Jedi leaves room for the original cast to return.
