BREAKING NEWS: A team of Lamogi and Amuru subcounties have set off for Entebbe to meet the president over proposed 40000 ha of land for sugarcane in Lakang/Kololo. State hse sent special buses to ferry the guys. We wish them safe journey despite the confusion that marred the process yesterday. Its unfortunate that only a handful of pipo from the project area fluked the trip. Let them assure M7 that the land is customary and belongs to Acoli of Lamogi origin. M7 should also squash the court ruling that the land is public. Any investor who wants land should come talk with the owners directly.
