BREAKING NEWS>...!!!! Supreme court halts crossing of year. The supreme court has suspended the crossing of the year to 2015 until all parties agrees that they are ready for 2015. This is after CORD moved to court to block Kenyans from crossing the year. While agreeing the need to cross the year, supreme court has said that all parties must be given enough time to prepare to cross the year, given that parents are returning their Children to school after spending all monies on Christmas and that also they were not consulted on the the gazetting the 1 st of January as a holiday. The judge also noted that suspension of crossing the year will also give Kaimenyi time to negotiate with teachers.They threatened Mass action if their demands were not met.
