The party leaders claimed that they will stage demonstration in various strategic political areas to demand that INEC cancel the whole Anambra governorship election held on November 16. The demonstration according to their release, will start this morning by 10.am from APC National secretariat at Wuse 2, off Ademola Adetokunbo, then move to INEC HQ in Maitama, Abuja. The party will then head straight to the National Assembly complex. An APC party stalwart who spoke with Hope For Nigeria said that the strategy of going to the National assembly is of two edge. One is to lobby the National assembly to force INEC to cancel Anambra state election and the second is to pressure on some PDP legislatures to switch allegiance to APC as was the case with the 5 PDP progressive governors. Some of the leaders that will demonstration this morning , includes, Chief Bisi Akande, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Maj Gen Muhammadu Buhari, Prince Tony Momoh, Chief Tom Ikimi, APC governors, APC members of the National Assembly. - HFN
