BRIAN MCALLISTER; WINNER OF J.P. BENO RULING Jct: The awareradio.us radio show yesterday (3 hours) brought to mind the one and only medpot lawyer who ever impressed me. He won the J.P. decision that gave us our BENO card. And hes the one who pointed out the Krieger invalidation of the S.7 cultivation offence by its Supreme Court decision that I had missed!! He quit now, probably puked out by the profession where brains and integrity only get in the way of making a living as a lawyer anyway but is a told story in my online medpot archives of the several good deeds he scored for repeal. Glad to think of you Brian, wherever you are, the only sharp straight-shooter lawyer for repeal I ever knew. Then again, most other lawyers were fighting me trying to fix the Bad Exemption and only you were going for the declaration of No Offence with me because of that Bad Exemption. And on the day we proved the Bad Exemption had meant No Offence over the past 2 years (Brian deserves credit for the 4,000 charges dropped with me), Alan Young fixed it and told the world hed resurrected the prohibitions that had been dead while there had been the Bad Exemption and No Offence. Of course, Parliament Only Legislates, Courts Only Abrogate bad laws (POLCOA) is our Canadian legal ethos but when the medpot champion law professor told Canada on national TV, he was the only one media interviewed, not Parker, head Appellant in the consolidated appeals, that the Courts had legislated the dead prohibitions back life, who could have known better than only us? We owe you for our BENO card used in all our Quash Motions since 2003 and its still the major card in the Gold Stars Statement of Claim. We owe and honor you. I just want the world to know what a fine lawyer I think you were and are.
