Being dual national as Canadian, at the same time, under the kind patronage of management’s high-up and influence of PPP leadership, got himself locally employed as PIA Manager Canada at Toronto but on arrival there, due to legal restrictions of Canadian government, failed to avail the opportunity hence was kicked back to head office whereby again got himself re-employed in PIA with all previous seniority and cadre promotion as well as foreign posting to New York where now days enjoying by shoe polishing of some PML(N) leaders. The readers are requested to determine his status – whether his re-employment was legally correct or he deserves to be strike out with those who supported him for such admin corruption. Recently, after earning 04 promotions in 50 months, in the MD Secretariat, he has returned back to his parent place of duty with new position of Manager ACSI Jinnah Terminals Karachi in pay group-VIII, certainly over and above Mr. Sajidullah Khan and lot of other seniors who as usual are still sleeping in their sludgy graves until and unless PM Mian Nawaz Sharif or Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry should come and awake them up to stand for their rights. In PIA’s history, his tremendous achievements has broken all the records of proliferation of admin prostitution. We are really regretful for his further expected promotions to pg-IX & X, which seems impossible now, as the ADDI’s government has been wrapped-up. We are sorry to Mr. Sajidullah Khan for such comparison which actually does not match to his dignity, repute and height with a defaced personality but probably it may be helpful to awake-up other deprived seniors, if they have little…very little “ghairat” remained in their dirty and burdening soul. As per rules, they were supposed to be absorbed permanently, if admissible, after completion of their contractual period with effect from 01.04.2010 but blindly they were absorbed as permanent employees with effect from 01.01.2006 which was not only illegal but was retortion of legitimate right of acceleration of their permanent seniors who already were in long queue. The said administrative corruption has also decreased their actual contractual period of 06 years 06 months and 21 days to 02 years and 03 months only and for continuity of same favoritism today some of them has reached to the peak of their positions in pay group-IX and probably in X in near future. Readers are requested to honestly analyze it in it’s true picture than decide who deserves to be rated senior - the above named blue eyed or Mr. Sajidullah Khan, whose heinous crime is just being real brother of a political figure ? In fact the above mentioned irregularities speaks the travesty of law and the mockery of the existing rules & regulations of the corporation. In the world, even the gangsters and bandits followed a code of conduct than why the seniority rules and promotion policies in PIA are not complied ? Have the genuine seniors became the doormat on which the direct inductees ……… can wipe their bloodstained boots whenever they likes ? It is correct time, that some one in the higher echelons took notice of this troublesome situation to avoid more injustice, discrimination and devastation. WILL THE SUPERIOR COURTS OF THE COUNTRY TAKE NOTICE OF THESE CRIMINAL AND UNLAWFUL ACTS BEING COMMITTED UNDER THE PATRONAGE OF HIGHER AUTHORITIES?
