It shall be mandatory for New Entrants to attend Induction Program. 2. Induction Inputs provided to the New Entrant shall be: • About the Company (Company Profile) • Vision and Mission & Values • Achievements & history of the Company • Organization structure and introduction with Key role Executives • Organizational Culture • Induction Kit • Roles & Responsibility • HR and other related Policies • Understand the Challenges that face the company • New Initiatives • Telephone Directory 3. The Inputs during Induction shall be provided through classroom presentations, discussions and sharing of experiences that shall be followed by visit to sites & interface with cross functional team members. 4. Heads of concerned Departments shall chalk out their own Departmental Induction Program. 5. A Personnel from HR department shall accompany the New Entrant while site Induction.
