BRITISH CITIZENS WHO FIGHT FOR ISIS WOULD BE BANNED FROM COMING BACK TO UK &/OR STRIPPED OF PASSPORT --Attorney Patryk Utulu British Prime Minister David Cameron has informed Parliament that the Govt will enact laws to BAN British citizens from going to Syria and Iraq to fight for ISIS & BLOCK those who fought for ISIS from coming back to U.K. SUMMARY: UK Government intends to: 1. SEIZE U.K. citizens passports to stop them from going to fight for ISIS 2. SEIZE passports of those who fought for ISIS at the border (entry & exit) 3. BLOCK foreigners suspected of terrorism from entering the U.K. 4. STRIP U.K. citizenship from any Jihadist with dual UK/other nationality 5. STRIP U.K. citizenship from naturalized citizens convicted of terrorism 6. RESTRICT movements of U.K. citizen-Jihadists inside the U.K. 7. REFUSE landing rights to airlines that fail to enforce UK No--Fly list. [Any person on the list cannot board a flight in the U.K., entry or exit). NOTES: #1: Under International Law, an International Passport is NOT a right. Passport is a privilege granted by governments. International passports belong to Govt. Thus, governments always have the right to grant/deny/remove Intl passports. #2: Given a chance ISIS will execute nearly all Nigerian Muslims as Nigerian Islamic traditions and practices are considered too moderate and therefore haram and illegitimate. ISIS has declared the Saudi Royal Family illegitimate and vowed to take over Jeddah to pressure Saudis to sack the royal family. #3: In just 5 months ISIS has destroyed over 245 Islamic Holy Places in Syria & Iraq. ISIS bulldozes mosques/shrines/graves of important Islamic figures. Its interpretation of Quran is that Islamic practices MUST return to Islams earliest days. ISIS considers nearly all Islamic reforms illegal. So ISIS considers most portions of the Hadith and Tafsir to be illegitimate. [09012014]
