PAN India 3G Mobile operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL) has announced the launch of New STV (Special Tariff Voucher) by offering unlimited Local and STD voice calls to own network under 2G/3G GSM Prepaid Mobile Services. BSNL has revised the unlimited calling plan to own network from 6th June 2013, now in order to offer more services to their customers, BSNL has again relaunched the rate cutter(booster) which offers unlimited Local and STD voice calls to own network, and this STV shall be applicable for all 2G/3G Prepaid Plans of existing and new customers of GSM Mobile services. 2G/3G Prepaid Unlimited Calling Plan/STV details Particulars MRP of STV in Rs. with S.Tax Validity in Days Unlimited Local and STD Voice Calls to Own Network(On-Net) 699 30 The MRP of the Special Tariff Voucher shall differ from circle to circle in the price band upto Rs.5(+/) of above price considering the local market condition and technical feasibility. BSNL headquarters has issued all instructions to all their circles for implementing the new STV (Special Tariff Voucher) which offers Unlimited Local/STD voice calls to own Network with effect from 11th September 2013
