BT once again you prove to be the shittiest company Ive ever had to deal with, Ive been waiting from the 15 December 2014 for my broadband and phone service. Today Open Reach were supposed to come and connect the fibre to the home between the hours of 10am and 1pm surprise surprise they didnt arrive, BTs excuse they didnt have enough staff to cover even though this has been booked before Xmas, BT dont have a new appointment date either. So as it stands still no phone or broadband compensation £10 wtf !!!!! Give to charity you tossers
