BUHARI CERTIFIGATE Those who are celebrating that Buhari has at last proved that he had a certificate are ignorant of the procedures in this type of cases. 1961 is a very long time, and by now the examination body must have already issued an original certificate to Buhari if he deserves one; and his school has no right whatsoever to issue a statement of result to him again. What he should have done in the circumstances is to apply to the examination body to certify that he really has that certificate. The examination body will never issue another certificate to him, but will only certify to the relevant body requiring it; in this case INEC. So until that is done, his qualification is still in doubt and his credibility and any claims to integrity destroyed beyond redemption. The PDP is waiting.
