BURN and BLAST fat and calories in 15 minutes!!! High Intensity moves allow your body to burn more calories and fat in a shorter period of time. Complete this entire circuit 3xs. Do each exercise for 60 sec with a 30 sec recovery. Increase intensity by adding weights, range of motion or jumps. 1. Starting with feet hip distance apart and weights in hand. Squat while dropping your elbows to your knees. Stand and reach your arms up to the ceiling. 2. While in a wide squat reach to the outside of your foot. Turn and reach away to the opposite side lifting your leg. Reach straight down to the opposite foot then turn and lift leg. Reach to the floor in between your feet. Stand up reaching above your head 3 xs, jump to add intensity. 3. In plank position on knees or toes lift opposite arm opposite heel. Hold 3 secs and switch quickly, repeat. 4. While in a wide squat drop elbows to knees. Stand and punch to the side. Keep arm shoulder height while pivoting on the opposite foot. BodyEvolution
