BUSHFIRE ADVICE: Gawler Ranges National Park The CFS is currently attending a fire in GAWLER RANGES National Park burning along Turkey Flat and Yardea Roads. The Gawler Ranges National Park remains closed whilst fire crews work to control these fires. Overnight, fire crews from the SA Country Fire Service and Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources conducted back burning operations whilst conditions were favourable. Smoke from these fires may impact Minnipa and Wudinna Townships during the day. Turkey Flat and Yardea Roads as well as the Old Paney Senic Route within the park remain closed to all traffic. Smoke from these fires will be visible from the Eyre highway and road users are urged to use caution. Stay tuned to this radio station on a battery-powered radio for updates.
