BUSHFIRE ADVICE MESSAGE : BILLIATT Time Message Issued: 14:26 18/01/2014 The CFS advises that a FIRE at BILLIATT is causing SMOKE to be visible in the areas of WANBI, MINDARIE, ALAWOONA, and PARUNA settlements and also possibly LAMEROO and PARILLA. While this fire does not currently present any threat to people in the area, it is not yet contained and THIS SITUATION MAY CHANGE. People in the affected area are advised to close all doors and windows and stay indoors if you suffer from any respiratory or cardiac conditions. Road users are advised to use caution on the roads as smoke may reduce visibility. Stay tuned to this radio station on a battery-powered radio for updates.
