BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER KYRGYZSTAN Requirements: -Higher Education (marketing, management, economics) -8+ years of experience in the mix of functions such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing -Solid experience in building distribution -Capabilities to build strategic vision on developing the assigned territory - Pro-active attitude -Entrepreneur spirit -High level of communication skills (both verbal and written). -Able to build credibility with and influence on cross-functional, multi-cultural groups - Result oriented, deliver to deadlines -Demonstrates drive and initiative -Proven track record of achievements -Knowledge of the basic principles of shopper and customer marketing in retail trade -Advanced PC User (Excel) -Intermediate level of English Responsibilities: -Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. -Management and development of Kyrgyzstan sales in terms of Sales strategy, Distributors management in lne with overall strategy and activities -Development of yearly operational business plan -Responsibility for achievement of agreed KPIs -Implementation of Shopper and Customer Marketing strategy for Kyrgyzstan in line with Regional strategy and activities steered from Regional Marketing team -Ensure strategic and tactical fit between sales & Shopper and Customer Marketing projects/initiatives -Representing company to 3rd parties and stake holders in a most reputable way and developing networking -Analysis of distributors’ activities and identifying opportunities to increase their effectiveness and brand building actions, in the specific territory -Achievement of objectives set by the company -Participation in formation of strategic and tactic plans for market development -Audit of outlets during each visit -Organization of reporting system -Management of distributors and key accounts -Participation in formation of distributors’ orders -Participation in development and responsibility for implementation of product promotion programs on assigned territory -Coaching, training, development and day to day management of ASM’s - Timely preparation and passing on of monthly reports, quarterly and year-end statements Please send you CV to [email protected]
