BUSOGA, TWO KYABAZINGAS AND DEEP POVERTY (Revised status update) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the last 10 days, we have seen the installation of two rival Kyabazingas in Busoga and the region which is my mothers birth place is headed for a very tough cultural conflict,The two Kyabazingas seem to have equal support, and each faction seem to be having a godfather in the political World.Museveni and Kadaga have been loudly mentioned as those using the respected cultural institution to try and reap political gains.THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR POLITICIANS TO MANIPULATE THE PEOPLE OF BUSOGA, BUT, THEY SHOULD INSTEAD BE DIRECTNG THEIR ENERGIES IN FIGHTING POVERTY IN THIS REGION THAT INCLUDE POR HOUSEHOLD INCOMES, POOR MEDICAL FACILITIES, JIGGER INFESTATION ETC.
