BUYER BEWARE Sandra Banks!! As much as I hate to do this, I made a purchase from this lady and it has escalated to a serious problem. I strongly feel others need to know about this before making any purchases from her. I ordered a hackle from her with a lid. I made it clear that safety was a concern, hence the need for a lid. The item was received in my home. It had a crack where the nails came through in one spot, which was covered with wood glue and the lid was awful. It was huge and chunky. It had no end pieces and wobbled back and forth badly. One tap with a finger and it flew right off. Very unsafe! I contacted her immediately and was told I had buyers remorse, no refunds. Needless to say the conversation wasnt pretty from her end or mine. I shipped it back promptly despite the argument. Upon receipt she issued me a refund 28$ less than she owed me claiming a 30% restock policy. She said it was a stated policy on her website. I never even knew she had a website until we got to this point. I filed a dispute with paypal for the remainder of the money. She immediately escalated it to a claim and blocked me here on FB. (This happened in the last few hours) She is currently trying to resell that hackle at a discounted rate because it has blemishes. The same blemishes she tried to pass off as a full priced product to me. I should also mention I had to pay return shipping, so Im not out 28$, Im out 52$ plus the drive into town and back to ship the thing, and nothing to show for it. Again, BUYER BEWARE and I am sorry admin. I hope you will allow this to remain.
