BUYERS BEWARE!! After much deliberation I have decided that the right thing to do is to warn people who are looking to rent apartments at Signature At Doral Apartments. Today makes the 5th time in a matter of a year that I wake up and I see a car on bricks and the wheels stolen. Because it is a new development there is 0 security on the premises. The only deterrent the complex offers are three sets of gates that are either opened or malfunctioning most of the time. I have addressed this security issue with them after I had a horrible experience there when my lancer evolution was stolen from the property. They will not take responsibility for all the theft that has occurred over the last year even though the property is a hot spot for thieves and they have not taken any preventative measures to protect the property of the people living here. The rent for a 1 bedroom 1 bath 800 sq ft starts at 1600 per month yet they still will not invest any money to protect its residents.
