BVI - meet the challenge and you wont forget the sense of achievement! Some of us non-runners at the BVIOC office have done this and can vouch that you can join in as a walker provided you are in good health, and can comfortably walk distances. There are water stops along the way but you can bring your own water bottle. Make sure you wear socks and comfortable walking shoes, shorts or jogging pants that wont cause chafe, and a hat!
