Back at 1-50 for Max Clifford sentencing Under current guidelines and restrictions because of time frame of offences, Clifford faces maximum of 2 years for each offence, if judge makes it consecutive, Clifford will be given 16 years. However if Clifford gets maximum of 2 years for each offence but concurrent, he will be sentenced to 2 years total - and will only serve 1 yr Clifford, IF jailed will serve approx 2 weeks in Cat B prison and will most likely goto Ford open prison Cat D to finish off the sentence
