Back at it today with #legday have to be honest my legs only just came good again 2 days ago after last weeks disgusting leg circuit. Easy option was to give them a few more days rest but not gonna happen . Heres an idea for the gym junkies out there in your next leg workout: QUAD EXTENSIONS - 10 reps on left leg - 10 reps on right leg - 20 reps on both legs All this = 1 set Complete 4 sets with just 30 seconds rest b/w sets. Quads will feel like they are going to explode .
