Back day!! I love using the lat pull downs! But its always good to switch it up and hit different areas of the back and change up your grip. The top one I used the t bar and focused more on the middle back (thats why I lean back) I focus to squeeze my shoulder blades together. The second one I switch to a triangle bar-palms in and focus all on the lats. Notice I try to stay a still as possible and while keeping my shoulders down , I keep the tension constantly on my lats and not my biceps! You have to learn to separate your focus. If you dont your biceps will give out first and your lats will loose out. :) I also use straps when I lift back, lift heavy. This helps keep your back working and not the biceps/forearms.
