Back home and jay is ok. No surgery! He has a hairline fracture in his distal sternum and the dr thinks bc of his pain on his rt lower rib cage that he has a fractured rib too. The X-ray was only of his chest and not a rib series so they cant be sure but given his pain and area he was kneed in, the dr thinks its likely. No need to X-ray it bc either way, nothing is done to treat the breaks except rest. Thank goodness!! So video games and couch potating for jay. Right before freshman football too.
