Back home until Thursday when I head to the Comedy Club of Jacksonville, returning Sunday. Next up the May 10th cruise out of Southampton. However, regardless of what happens with my comedy the rest of my life, I will always have a grin on my face and a feeling of accomplishment. On the recent cruise the cruise director said she wanted me to do my comedy set, an 11:30PM gig in the theater that holds about 225. It was standing room only! When it was over, I had delivered at a level I had never reached before, and to an audience made up of multi-nationals. Yes, it was videoed and it will be going out to one agency who has requested to see my set; another I was referred to by a singer who was a main stage performer and had starred as Evita on Londons West End and a third agency with a referral from a large agency that books me in Florida. What happens from that....simply happens. I have also been told by the Cruise Director to be ready to do my show on the next cruise. So the journey continues...and the mountains I climb only show me another, even high mountain that needs to be attempted.
