Back in Feb, when I was named to the adoption committee at BARK, I jokingly stated I was setting a goal of 100 adoptions for 2013. I know the numbers are that...just numbers..the goal is to take in and care for homeless animals and place them in loving homes. But the numbers do tell a story. So...my very lofty "goal" was 100 adoptions for 2013. As of today, we are at 97 adoptions for the year...and have taken in over 80 dogs since mid-Feb. We have an amazing team working to save these animals. If you have ever wanted to foster, volunteer, donate, etc, please consider doing it now. You WILL make a difference.
