Back in January I read an article about how Jerry Seinfeld and how he became a millionaire. What he did was write one joke a day, he got a calender and a big red marker to mark each day he wrote a joke. The idea was not to break the chain. He never has! This got me thinking what is my string or chain, what could I do each day...for me it was exercise. Here is my string when I started I could only do 5 pushups and 15 sit ups...it has been 60 days now I am up to 30 push ups and 40 sit ups. Like Jerry I got a calender just for my string I mark it every day. I shared this story with my class at the gym. And thats is when the wrist bands were born. I had a few made and now have to make more. So here I am sharing this with all of you...what is your sting... doing one kind act each day, exercise, making one call a day to a customer you have never talked to. ..what if it was walking a mile...what is your string...simple easy and so rewarding.
